Take the time to streamline your daily tasks as much as possible. Allow time just to brainstorm, for yourself and for your team.
Don’t forsake your morals in the name of competition. If your competitors are using unethical practices, do not stoop to their level. There are ways to compete without lowering your standards. You will feel a whole lot better when you find a legitimate way to compete.
Set time aside to observe how the project is going. You might solicit others who are willing to help with your analysis. In addition to developing friendships, necessary changes to the plan can be made after listening to suggestions from team members.
