Women across Central Wisconsin took part in an inaugural Women’s Leadership Conference at Wausau’s Westwood Conference Center to empower each other, both personally and professionally.
Talking about the balance between being a wife and mother, Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch says, “A very wise woman told me, ‘You can have it all. You just can’t have it all at once.’ And that type of guidance has allowed me to live my life with very very few regrets.”
Women in business are a force to reckon with. These women understand that relationships are grounded on values. They value hard work ethics and loyalty in both their internal and external employees. Moving forward into the 21st century, we shall see more of these women leaders striving to create a balance between being a wife, mother and businesswoman.
